To manage it we will ask you to provide your name, surname and ID or passport, as well as all your companions.

For minors and infants who do not have their own documentation, it is necessary to provide the details of a parent or legal guardian.

We will be waiting for you 10 minutes before the tour starts at our meeting point in front of the cab and bus stop and between the restaurant La Mimbre de la Alhambra in front of the post box (yellow color) near the toilets and the ticket office.

No, the guide will hand you your tickets. You only need to bring your ID or passport; remember that if you do not bring it you will not be able to access the Alhambra.

Babies under 2 years old have free admission to both the Alhambra and our tours, but it is necessary to indicate it when making the reservation for capacity control.

Visits are daily unless, for reasons of force majeure, special or otherwise, the Patronato de la Alhambra decides to close the monument for sale. The Alhambra is closed on December 25th and January 1st.

1.- Check the weather forecast before your visit and choose a suitable clothing. In winter temperatures in Granada can drop below 0 °C and reach 45 °C in summer (yes, unbelievable but true).

4.- Sunglasses and a hat or cap will also come in handy.

5.- Don’t forget to bring a bottle of water; if it is plastic-free, the better.

6.- You can also bring a snack. There are several outdoor areas in the enclosure to rest and eat and, if you need it, you can go to one of the vending machines or gift stores that offer drinks, snacks and fruit.
