Yes, but in this case you must choose the option of visiting the Alhambra with entrance included or the private visit.

Preparing a visit to the Alhambra

You can bring it in mobile format, but for technical reasons, the maximum number of tickets to present in electronic format is 6 per group of 30 people.

It is recommended to bring the ticket printed on A4 paper or on the type of ticket provided at the monument’s ticket office or vending machines, as this will facilitate access to the different areas to be visited.

The printing must be of good quality and partially printed, stained, damaged or illegible tickets will not be accepted.

It is not necessary; you can carry your confirmation voucher on your cell phone to save paper.

The Nasrid Palaces, the Generalife and the Alcazaba can only be visited once. That is, once you leave you can not re-enter, but you can leave and re-enter the Alhambra until closing time.

There are other spaces that house museums, hotels and private businesses with free access.

Periodically, the Patronato de la Alhambra y el Generalife closes some areas to the public for conservation reasons.

However, sometimes the visit to a space that is normally restricted is open to the public.

The main and most important is that both you and your companions must be documented with your ID card or passport at all times.

In addition, there are a series of security measures of the Patronato de la Alhambra that we must follow:
● It is not allowed to enter with backpacks larger than 40 x 40 cm.
● It is not allowed to enter the Nasrid Palaces or the Generalife Palace with baby strollers (they are left deposited in the cloakroom).
It is not allowed to use selfie stick, flash or tripod in the Nasrid Palaces and enclosed spaces.
Eating and drinking only in the areas designated for this purpose.
Follow the instructions of the custodial staff.

Visiting the Alhambra with children

Yes, but it is important that you reserve your free place for capacity control, all visitors require a ticket.

According to the regulations of the Patronato de la Alhambra, the stroller must be left in the luggage room free of charge before entering the Nasrid Palaces.

So that you can carry your child comfortably, you have at your disposal a baby carrier loan service for children up to 12 kg.
